Project
We position ourselves as a System Integrator, who
provide system design and network integration solution
to our customer. We implements Local Area Networks
project with other system solution including Electronic
Mail, Fax automation system and VPN solution. Also
we provide Wide-Area Network connectivity solution,
Network management system, I.T. Security Audit and
SNA integration solutions. Moreover, we can support
structural cabling for data and voice transmission.
Apart from horizontal cabling systems, we also provide
vertical cabling solution for multi-floor cabling
systems using Fiber Optics, Thick Ethernet Cable or
Shield Twisted Pair (STP) cable.
Support Services
We provide hardware and software maintenance support
to our customer to maintain normal and optimized operation
of computing equipments. We also support users in
network administration by providing Pro-Active Network
Management service. Further, we provides system documentation,
customized network operation guide, scheduled network
administration and performance tuning, user menu and
log-in script tailor service and telephone support.
We can also help in network and software problem troubleshooting
in an on-call basis. Finally, but not the last, we
provide software support services to customer and
help customer in editing company software quick reference
to their internal users.
